FEIG RFID On the Move at APTA Expo

Contactless Payment System

It’s been a great week so far at the American Public Transportation Association’s APTA Expo in Houston – the premier showcase for public transportation technology.

Here at the show, FEIG Electronics is garnering a lot of attention with the OBID myAXXESS flatOne Contactless Payment Reader. The myAXXESS flatOne CPR 46 is an EMV Level 1 certified contactless NFC/RFID card reader. The reader is designed for payment applications, as well as e-ticketing and e-mobility applications.

If you are at the APTA Expo, be sure to stop by Brush Industries’ Booth #1813 to see this next-generation NFC / RFID card reader in action.

FEIG Electronics, a worldwide leader in RFID reader systems, is one of the few companies to offer both readers and antennas for all three frequency ranges with passive transponder technology: LF (125 kHz), HF (13.56 MHz) and UHF (860-960 MHz). As an OEM supplier to system integrators and resellers, FEIG has to date sold well over 1 million RFID readers, delivering products that demonstrate 99.99 percent reliability.
